The ownership group of Progressive Engineering Technology consists of Skip Smetana, Bob Baker, and Grieg Griese. Collectively they bring over 80 years of experience in Precision CNC Machining and Quality Control. With a strong Engineering staff the amount of experience jumps to over 110 years.

• Skip Smetana utilizes over 30 years in the areas of Quality Control, Sales, and Estimating.
• Bob Baker is skilled with over 20 years in the fields of Precision CNC Milling, Programming, Wire EDM, and Engineering.
• Grieg Griese has worked for over 30 years to master Precision CNC Turning, Programming, and Engineering.
